TRANSFORMACIÓN E INNOVACIÓN EN LA EDUCACIÓN JURÍDICA CONTEMPORÁNEA: INVESTIGACIÓN, TECNOLOGÍA Y FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL

La educación jurídica enfrenta actualmente profundas transformaciones derivadas de los avances tecnológicos, la globalización del conocimiento, la evolución de los sistemas normativos y las nuevas exigencias del ejercicio profesional del Derecho. En este contexto, las universidades se encuentran ante la necesidad de replantear sus modelos formativos para garantizar una preparación pertinente, integral y acorde con las demandas de las sociedades contemporáneas.
El presente libro analiza los principales procesos de transformación que caracterizan a la educación jurídica del siglo XXI, abordando temas relacionados con la investigación jurídica, la innovación curricular, la formación basada en competencias, la inteligencia artificial, las tecnologías emergentes, la internacionalización de la educación superior y los escenarios prospectivos de la profesión jurídica. A través de una revisión crítica de la literatura científica especializada, se examinan las tendencias más relevantes que están redefiniendo la enseñanza y el aprendizaje del
Derecho en distintos contextos nacionales e internacionales. Asimismo, se estudian los desafíos que enfrentan las carreras de Derecho para integrar metodologías innovadoras, fortalecer la producción científica, desarrollar competencias digitales y responder a los cambios generados por la transformación tecnológica y social. La obra incorpora reflexiones teóricas, análisis comparados, experiencias académicas y estudios de caso que permiten comprender la evolución de la educación jurídica desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria y prospectiva. De igual manera, se destacan los retos relacionados con la ética profesional, la protección de derechos fundamentales, la digitalización de la justicia y la adaptación de los sistemas educativos a los nuevos entornos de aprendizaje.
Finalmente, el libro propone una visión orientada hacia el fortalecimiento de una educación jurídica innovadora, flexible y comprometida con la formación de profesionales capaces de contribuir al desarrollo del Estado de derecho, la justicia social y la consolidación de sociedades democráticas en un mundo cada vez más complejo e
interconectado.
